JOSÉ MAGUEYES EXPANSION

In this project we worked on the expansion of the well-known restaurant "José Magueyes", located in the city of La Paz, Baja California Sur.

Our scope included the architectural and structural design, as well as the execution of the work in its structural stage, without finishes. We focused on delivering a solid, functional base ready to receive the following construction stages by the client.

Project scope:

Development of custom architectural and structural project.

Construction of foundation, structure and gray work.

Technical supervision and execution on site.

This project represents a local collaboration with one of the most recognized restaurants in the area, adding value to its infrastructure with a well-planned and executed expansion.
